In English this page is Mia is paddling on SUP board. I am a finn who tried SUP (stand up paddling) first time on summer 2014 and was hooked from the very first time. Since then I have paddled on SUP board in several places in Helsinki and Espoo (Finland) and after purchasing the board of my own also in many other locations in Finland. When travelling abroad I tend to do SUP where ever and when ever it is possible. I document my SUP experiences on this web page, hopefully you enjoy the stories and pictures.
